Why Us?

According to the 2005 Maricopa County Superior Court Plan of Improvement Progress Report, 88% of family law cases in Maricopa County involved one or more self-represented litigants who “typically do not understand Court procedures at a level sufficient to expect (or require) them to move their case forward.” And the numbers have only gotten higher since then.

Let’s face it, most people have no idea what they are doing in family court but they need to be in the system in order to be heard and get what they want. First and foremost, we listen to our clients and what they want to accomplish. We are then able to construct the best approach for getting the proper legal documents completed and filed with the Court according to the Court’s rules and requirements. No time consuming research, no confusing instructions to read and understand, and no drama in getting your case done.

Our certified paralegals and staff are well trained in providing procedural information as well as by both a nationally certified paralegal and a licensed Arizona family law attorney. We are able to take the chaos of confusing legal documents and instructions required for Arizona family law cases and make sense out of them. We want you to feel confident that your legal documents are prepared professionally, competently, and correctly without all the anxiety.

In addition to preparing your legal documents under the supervision of an attorney, based upon the information you provide to us, we offer a consultation with a nationally certified paralegal to provide you with general information about the process. We also have resources for process service to provide our clients easy access to the next step in serving documents if needed. Our goal is to create calm out of chaos and we accomplish that by taking a step-by-step approach from the beginning of your case to the end.
